  6. Now for pre-heating, take a kadai for pre-heating with it's base covered with salt and a stand over it. Cover it and pre-heat the kadai for 3 mins on high flame and then 7 mins. on medium flame.
  7. Now grease a cake tin with some oil and pour the red velvet mixture into it. Now place the mould over the stand and quickly cover the kadai. Now bake it on a low flame for 35 to 40 mins.
  8. Let it cool down then demould the cake & cut them into pieces.
