  1. Prepare 1 cup Boiled rice
  2. Take 2 cups Milk
  3. Take 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits of your choice
  6. Get 12-15 choco chip biscuits
  7. Make ready 2 drops yellow colour
  8. Prepare as required Melted dark chocolate for decoration

Rice can be replaced by bulgur, tapioca, millet, vermicelli or corn. The dried fruits can also be pistachios. With the use of saffron pistils, it becomes more or less yellow. Kheer is an Indian rice pudding made from rice and milk, infused with aromatic spices such as cloves and cardamom.

Instructions to make Kheer Pudding:
  1. Crush choco chips biscuits add melted butter.
  2. Take a heavy bottom pan add milk. Boli it. Now add cooked rice sugar and cooked it for 10 to 12 minutes, now add sugar chopped dry fruits and mix it well.
  3. Remove from heat and cool it completely.
  4. Take 2 tablespoons of add 3 drops of yellow colour and mix it well for yellow part decoration on Cookpad logo glass.
  5. Take dessert glass. First layer spread the biscuits layer by spoon.
  6. Now pour kheer into the glass over the biscuit layer and press slightly. Repeat this procedure. Decorate with melted chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes and serve it.
