  2. When cooked add spinach & garlic
  3. Mix well, add cream cheese and jalepeno, mix untill well combined
  4. Set aside to cool
  5. Add spinach mixture with a hand full of cheese, roll up , put seam side down in a sprayed large baking dish
  6. Pour sauce and the rest of the cheese over the enchiladas.
  7. Bake 350 for about 15 min
