Prepare 1 small capsicum chopped into slices

Get 20 g green onion chopped into slices
Make ready 20 g peas
Make ready slices Small Onion chopped into thin
Take 3 big cloves of Garlic
Prepare Sauce
Make ready 3 tbsp Soya sauce
Get 2 tbsp sesame oil
Take 3 tbsp vegan oil
Take Queen of the show
Make ready 1/2 bucket of spaghetti
Instructions to make Best vegan spaghetti:
First, get a pot, add water, add the spaghetti into a pot filled with water, let it boil, and after the spaghetti is ¾ boiled put it in a sieved bowl and add cold water
In another pan/pot, add the vegan oil, and then add the onions, green onions and the mashed garlic, stir all together
After 3 mins, add all the vegetables, stir well
Then, add all the seasonings, stir together well
Now, add about 2½ cups of water
Place the lid of the pan/pot, and then simmer it for about 10 minutes by checking it every 3 mins
Now, add the spaghetti into the veggies, then add the soya sauce and the sesame oil and stir all together, and then let it simmer for another 10 or 15 mins (note to check it)
