  7. Place the mixture in mould.
  8. Place a wire stand. Pour hot water in curry pan. Place the mould and cover. Steam it for 30 min on low-medium flame.
  9. After cool down, keep it refrigerator for 2 hours.
  10. Carefully remove the pudding.

Using a masher, mix well until it gets a creamy consistency. Without stirring, heat the pan, and allow the sugar to melt and turn golden. You can layer with some fresh fruits like banana, mango or strawberry on the bread and pour the custard sauce. You can spread butter on the bread too , to make it rich and creamy.
