Steps to make Lobia Oats Upma:
  1. Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
  2. Moderate the flame, add rai, let it splutter,
  3. Now add curry patta & green chilli, sauté it for a while.
  4. Add spring onion, stir fry it till translucent.
  5. Add ginger garlic grated, sauté it for a while.
  6. Now add tomato & salt, sauté it till tomato is half done.
  7. Add haldi & dhania powder, stir fry it for a while.
  8. Now add oats, mix it well.
  9. Add garam masala powder, stir it nicely.
  10. Now add lobia, mix it well.
  11. Add water accordingly so as to keep Upma a lil dry.
  12. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till done.
  13. Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
  14. Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
  15. It can be a one pot meal also..
