2. Take semi sweet choclates add whipping cream to it and keep in microwave till the chocolate is melted compltly…let it cool then with the hand beater,beat for about 30 seconds..
3. Now take another bowl add whipping cream and beat till stiff peaks are formed..keep aside..
4. Then take out little chocolate mixture in a bowl and add little whipping cream to it and mix with the help of spatula..then pour this mixture into chocolate mixture and keep on adding whipping cream and mix it very lightly..(dont use the full white whipping cream to the chocolate mixture..)
5. Now pour the chocolate mixture to the serving tray,which is filled with the base oreos..then top layer with the white whipping cream and set in the freeze for about 30 mins..decorate as you like..i have done with the chopped oreos and some fancy umbrellas..
