Enchiladas consist of a tortilla that is usually dipped in a chile-based sauce, then stuffed with various fillings such as cheese, meat, or fish. Today, there are countless versions of enchiladas.

Enchiladas is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Enchiladas is something that I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Enchiladas:
  1. Get 1 lbs hamburger
  2. Get 1 taco seasoning packet
  3. Prepare 1 can red sauce
  4. Take Shredded cheddar cheese
  5. Make ready Flour Tortillas large (8)
  6. Get 1 can refried beans optional
  7. Get 1 diced onion optional

My mom has made these enchiladas for decades, and I feel I have been commissioned to pass them on to you. Here's what you need: olive oil, yellow onion, garlic, black beans, corn, enchilada sauce, lime, salt, cumin, chili powder, zucchinis, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, fresh cilantro. Enchiladas Verdes, with a simple homemade roasted tomatillo sauce that will make your tastebuds rock out. Plus chicken and cheese and tortillas.

Instructions to make Enchiladas:
  1. Brown hamburger meat, drain the grease, return to pan and use taco seasoning packet following directions on packet. (if using onions add them when doing taco packet)
  2. In baking dish add some red sauce to just cover the bottom so the Tortillas don’t stick.
  3. Make enchiladas - take tortilla shell, add some meat mixture then the cheese. in the middle of shell, Roll it up like a soft taco. (roll it kind tight) Place in paired baking dish, repeat till all tortillas and meat mixture is used. (if using refried beans heat them up in the microwave so they are easier to work with. Spread some in middle of tortillas then add meat mixture and cheese)
  4. Pour all the rest of the red sauce on all the enchiladas and cover them with cheese.
  5. Bake on 350 for 20-35 mins till cheese is melted.
  6. I like to serve mine with a salad 🥗. Can serve with rice 🍚 and refried beans.
