The ingredients needed to make Ramen:

  2. Take Cook time 10 mnts

  4. Get tbsp sesame oil
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  6. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  7. Get 1 small onion diced
  8. Take 1 tomato diced
  9. Get 1 tbsp ginger grated
  10. Take 1 tbsp garlic grated
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  12. Make ready 2 cups water
  13. Take 2 cups chicken stock
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp soy sauce
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp vinegar
  16. Prepare 3 packet instant noodles (knorr or maggi)
  17. Take 1/2 cup spring onions finely chopped
  18. Take 4 soft boiled eggs
  19. Make ready Coriander for garnish
  20. Take Sesame seeds for garnish
  21. Get Shredded chicken
  22. Make ready Lemon wedges
  23. Get Carrots
Steps to make Ramen:
  1. Measure all ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Add sriracha sauce and sesame oil in a pot an let it bubble, add the onions and tomatoes and cook for approx. 3 mnts while stirring occasionally. Add ginger garlic and cook for 2 more minutes until soft. Now add water and bring it to a boil. Transfer this into a blender and blend into a smooth mixture. Return it to the pot and add the chicken stock and let it simmer until it boils. Now add soy sauce and vinegar and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes on low heat.
  3. Now put in the noodles and cook for 2 more minutes. You do not want the noodles to over cook or become soggy. Now for plating, in a large bowl, pour in some stock, then the noodles and top it off with shredded chicken, carrots, lemon, spring onions, coriander. egg and anything else that you would like to top it up with. Sprinkle some sesame seeds lastly and enjoy it hot.
