  2. cook ground beef, drain, and put through food processor
  3. cut tops off green pepper, rinse and set aside.

  5. cook minute rice.
  6. mix beef with rice and a can of tomato soup, and then fill the peppers. then put the tops back on the peppers
  7. mix one can tomato soup with 1/3 cup of water and pour half of the mixture into a baking dish, covering the bottom.
  8. place stuffed peppers into baking dish and cover with the other half of the tomato soup/water mixture.
  9. cover dish with foil and bake on middle shelf for 45 minutes or until peppers are soft and tender.
