  10. Make ready 2 Ciabatta rolls

Remove from grill and place on a plate to keep warm. Place red onion on grill and cook until lightly. Place the pan on the grill and close the lid to allow the cheddar to melt. **You can also melt the cheddar in your oven under the broiler. The remaining puree can be frozen for another use.

Instructions to make The Hopping-Mad Grilled Chicken Sandwich:
  1. Marinate your chicken breast in Italian dressing for at least two hours.
  2. Slice your tomatoes, onions and lettuce. Set aside.
  3. Cook bacon in skillet until done. Tender not crisp! Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  4. After your grill heats up, grill your breasts for about 10 minutes on each side. Cooking time will vary depending on size and thickness of breasts.
