Hello everybody, it is me again, Dan, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to make a special dish, taco chili. One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Rinse and drain beans and hominy. Add to beef, along with canned tomatoes and green chilies, tomato sauce, onion, the dressing and seasoning mixes and pepper. In a small bowl, combine taco seasoning mix, dried salad dressing mix, onion, chili, powder and cumin. Wrap seasonings in plastic wrap or cellophane and place in jar.

Ground beef, taco seasoning, beer, corn, olives, salsa and black beans all come together for a quick and incredibly satisfying dinner. I really didn't do much different than my standard red chili. I used only black beans and substituted half of the tomato sauce with enchilada sauce. When serving, I topped with sour cream and crushed tortilla chips to give it that Mexican food finish.

Steps to make Taco Chili:
  1. Drain and rinse all canned beans.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to pan and mix well.
  3. Add rinsed beans to remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low until heated through.

I used only black beans and substituted half of the tomato sauce with enchilada sauce. When serving, I topped with sour cream and crushed tortilla chips to give it that Mexican food finish. Both of those work great with traditional chili too. Beef Taco Chili This one of my husband's absolute favorite dishes. It was also voted Best Chili in our county's autumn Harvest Festival.
