Sprinkle w/ green onions, & cayenne/paprika. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. Serve w/ crackers, tortillas, or on sub roll. Enjoy!

Stir in the lemon juice and pepper. Combine the mayo, pickle relish and prepared mustard. Add this sauce to chicken and gently stir in the eggs. Cut chicken into pieces place in microwaveable bowl. Cover chicken with water, I usually season with salt and pepper at this time.
