The ingredients needed to make Steamed wheat funnel cake:
  1. Get 1 Cup wheat flour
  2. Take ¾ Cup water
  3. Take 1 Teaspoon salt
  4. Take ½ Cup coocnut grated
Instructions to make Steamed wheat funnel cake:
  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt and mix well.
  2. Pour water little by little and mix with the flour. Make sure it is not too wet or too dry. [Stop before it start getting stick together]
  3. Fill the pot with 3/4 of water. Let it boil.
  4. Now start filling the funnel: Add 1 tbsp of coconut, then add 2-3 tbsp of flour, add 1/2 tbsp coconut again, again add flour till it near to top of the funnel, Now ad 1 tbsp coconut so that it just reaches the top. Close with the lid.
  5. Keep it on the pot. Keep it for 15 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Take it out of the funnel using a round wooden spoon or something similar.
  7. While pushing using the spoon, if it is coming out easily without sticking on the sides then the breakfast is ready to serve.
  8. Serve hot !
