Chimichurri sauce originated in Argentina as a complement to the country's great grass-fed beef; similarly, a smoky Argentine Malbec will make a great partner to grilled steaks topped with this. The sauce originates from Argentina and Uruguay, where it is traditionally used to dress grilled meats. Stir in cilantro, parsley, and oregano. Using a fork, whisk in oil.

Instructions to make Chimichurri Sauce:
  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and red pepper flakes in a food processor and chop finely'
  2. Add olive oil and blend
  3. Pour into bowl and stir in red pepper flakes. Serve with grilled meats and vegetables

Stir in cilantro, parsley, and oregano. Using a fork, whisk in oil. Fill a blender or food processor with the cilantro and parsley leaves. Add the cumin, salt, cayenne, garlic and lime juice. Put the lid on the blender, then remove the center piece.
