  12. Get 1 1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa

Stir in one cup of cheese. Grease or spray foil to prevent sticking. Combine chicken and soup with half of sour cream, cheese and cilantro. Stir in ½ cup of the cheese and mix will.

Combine chicken and soup with half of sour cream, cheese and cilantro. Stir in ½ cup of the cheese and mix will. Place into the baking dish and spread out. Top with the enchilada sauce and remaining cheese. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the canola oil and flour.
