Leche Flan is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Leche Flan is something that I have loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have leche flan using 6 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Leche Flan:
  1. Get 5 large eggs
  2. Take 1 can (300 ml) evaporated milk
  3. Prepare 1 can (350 ml) condensed milk
  4. Take 1 tbsp vanilla
  5. Prepare Caramel
  6. Make ready White sugar
Instructions to make Leche Flan:
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Then add the evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla.
  2. Strain the mixture twice to remove lumps and bubbles. Then set aside.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of white sugar in your llanera and melt it in direct heat from your stove. Melt until its golden brown.
  4. Set aside the caramel to harden.
  5. Boil water in your steamer. Once its boiling, set fire to low heat. This is very important. As you do not want your leche flan to get overcooked.
  6. Place your leche flan mixture in your llaneras and cover with foil.
  7. Place them in the steamer and cook for 30-45mins
  8. Check if the center is not liquidy anymore. But do not overcook. Remove from steamer, let it rest for at least 10mins. Then chill in the fridge for at least 4hrs.
  9. Once chilled, flip and serve
