Mix jalapeno peppers, tomato, green chile peppers, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, hot sauce, and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl.

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions
  2. Slice beef and green onions into strips
  3. Lightly sauté bok choy until just starting to soften (approximately 5 minutes on medium heat).
  4. Combine beef, vegetables and noodles in a bowl and mix. Top with sliced egg and chili garlic sauce.
  5. Combine broth, sriracha, ginger and cilantro in a pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Slowly pour broth over beef/vegetable/noodle mixture and serve.

Mix jalapeno peppers, tomato, green chile peppers, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, hot sauce, and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add beef, crushed red pepper, and black pepper. In a large bowl, toss together cornstarch and marinated beef, shaking off any excess cornstarch before frying.
