I make my ghee most times or at least my mom does. Prepare of Also add the blended paste of above masala. Add little amount of water if required. Cook it under it's dry and butter / ghee is seen on top.

  1. Heat the pan with 3 cubes of butter / 3 spoons of ghee
  2. Then add the marinated chicken.
  3. Cook the chicken in slow flame for 30 min. Add little amount of water if required.
  4. Cook it under it's dry and butter / ghee is seen on top.
  5. You can have this with chapati/ bread or rice
