Steps to make Veg cheese empanadas:
  1. For making dough take all purpose flour (maida) add oil,salt,baking powder.
  2. Before adding water kneading in oil first it's should get crumble then start adding cold water for kneading the dough make sure while kneading the dough should be soft and tight don't make it loose.Next cover the dough with a cotton wet cloth and keep for an hour to set.
  3. Chop all the veggies into small pieces and take pan heat oil and add garlic and saute till the raw smell goes and then add onion and saute till onion becomes soft.
  4. Next add all the veggies and saute for 10 minutes on high flame and then add little water 1/4 cup and cover it with the lid and let the veggies get cook well.
  5. When water is completely soaked add pizza sauce and schezwan chutney and mix well and keep in side let it cool in room temperature. Next the dough is ready grease oil and knead nicely the dough should be soft.
  6. Make parts of dough in small balls and roll it round and take empanadas(karanji/gujiya) making mould which easily available in market place he round roll dough on the mould and before adding stuffing add the grated cheese and mix well.
  7. Add the stuffing and close the mould and the empanadas/gujiya is ready make all and keep ready.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the empanadas till it becomes golden brown in colour and serve hot empanadas with tomato sauce and enjoy the cheesy yummy veggie empanadas which tastes great.
