  7. Add color to your desired intensity and mix. Spoon in to tins 3/4 full and bake for 15mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for a few minutes then tip over a rack to cool completely. Frost or eat as they are

Beets act as a natural food coloring in these moist, tender cupcakes topped with rich cream cheese frosting.
