  2. Get 1 big onion

Instructions to make Besan Toast:
  1. Sieve gram flour,keep aside.chop onion, Spinach, tomato. coarsely blend green chillies.
  2. In big bowl add gram flour,carrom seeds, turmeric powder,salt, green chillies,red chilly powder,2 tbspoon oil.mix well and gradually add water to make batter.it should not be runny and nor thick like cake batter.
  3. Heat tawa and slightly toast bread slices, keep aside.now put these slices in gram flour batter.
  4. Again heat Pan add oil and put put bread slices and cook on medium heat until golden brown from both sides. serve hot with sauce and Mayo or mint chutney.
