  1. Make ready 4 Cube steak
  2. Prepare 2 cup Beef broth
  3. Prepare 1 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  4. Make ready 1 large Onion, chopped
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup Seasoned flour
  6. Make ready 4 tbsp Water

Instructions to make Salisbury Steak:
  1. Heat olive oil in skillet
  2. Add seasoned cubed steaks. Cook about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove steaks from skillet. Set aside and cover.
  4. Add mushrooms and onion to skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
  5. Add beef broth.
  6. In a small bowl, mix seasoned flour and water in to a loose paste. About the consistency of pancake batter.
  7. Slowly whisk flour water mixture into the beef broth until it reaches your desired thickness.
  8. Place steaks back in the mushroom gravy and let steaks finish cooking through slowly.
  9. Serve over your favorite mashed potatoes
