  3. After water has evaporated from the Mushrooms, add Garlic and Italian Seasoning. Fry a further minute or two.
  4. Add Soya Mince to the pan. Cook until excess water has evaporated.
  5. Serve in a bowl with the cooked Spaghetti. Top with The Feta, thyme, lemon juice and a dash more olive oil. Enjoy!
