Hello everybody, it’s John, welcome to our recipe site. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, pizza on the grill. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

We have been making this pizza on our gas grill since last summer and have not cooked one in the oven since! My husband just rolls up the garage door and cooks! Pizzas made on the grill are really more like topped flatbreads. They get plenty of direct heat, so the surfaces brown nicely, but not enough ambient heat, even with the lid closed, for a crumb to develop on the rim of the pizza.

  3. Light spray edges of stone with Pam cooking spray to prevent cheese sticking as it melts
  4. When coals are white place pizza centered on stone and place stone on grill
  5. Cook covered checking every 4-5 min. Remove when cheese is bubbling and edges golden brown

Check the underside of your Pizza on the grill…crisp crust with a slight smokey taste…heaven! Now, because you can't have pizza without its side kick…instead of doing two pizzas. When grilling a pizza you want a good dough that will hold up to being transported and turned on the grill. When it comes to the grill, keep it clean and well oiled. You need the pizza dough to slide on the cooking grate.
