Press the back of a fork into each one- this creates a ridge to catch the sauce 😋
Carefully place all the gnocchi into the boiling water. Cook for approx 1-2 minutes, until they rise to the top.
Drain in a colander, rinse in cold water then toss in olive oil to prevent the gnocchi from sticking together.
