  3. Discard the cinnamon stick from the butter sauce and reheat the sauce on low heat. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the gnocchi to the cinnamon butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Toss to coat, and add more sugar to taste. Enjoy!
