The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:
  1. Make ready 10-15 Cherry tomatoes
  2. Prepare 5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  3. Make ready 10 cloves Garlic chopped
  4. Prepare as needed Baguette
  5. Get to taste Salt
  6. Prepare 6-7 Basil leaves
  7. Make ready 4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese grated

To keep the bread from getting soggy, make sure it is well toasted, and use a slotted spoon to serve, if desired. At our house, we fight for those last juices–to sop them up with a crusty baguette is Heaven! DIRECTIONS In a medium mixing bowl, add the tomatoes, garlic, basil, vinegar, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper. Slice the bread into individual pieces and spoon the mixture on top.

Instructions to make Bruschetta:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and saute on high heat until lightly browned.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and salt and stir. Cover and cook till soft.
  4. Cut the baguette diagonally into thick slices. Arrange the bread slices on a backing tray.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over them. Spread the tomato mixture and mozzarella cheese over the bread. Place basil leaves over the cheese. Drazzle some more olive oil over the slices.
  6. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes or till the cheese melts..Then serve hot.

DIRECTIONS In a medium mixing bowl, add the tomatoes, garlic, basil, vinegar, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper. Slice the bread into individual pieces and spoon the mixture on top. Place bread slices on a broiler pan. Char bread on each side under hot broiler, keep an eye on it! Rub toasts with cracked garlic and drizzle with oil.
