  7. Place peppers in baking dish
  8. Spoon filling into each pepper
  9. If any filling remains, pour over top
  10. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes or until peppers are soft
  11. Remove foil, add cheese and return to oven
  12. Cook until cheese is melted
  13. Serve with Mexican rice and beans
