  1. In a pot heat the oil and add ginger garlic paste. Cook until it gets golden brown colour.
  2. Add tomato paste and puree both. Mix well then add beef strips and all dry spices.
  3. Cook well until oil separates from gravy. Now add water, cover with lid and cook until beef becomes tender.
  4. Add soya sauce and vinegar and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add veggies and cook for more 5-7 minutes. Garnish with green onion. Serve hot.

Freeze cooled beef and broccoli in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally and adding a little broth or water if necessary.
