  1. Prepare 600 ml Double cream (2 parts)
  2. Prepare 300 g After eights (1 part)

  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and cover the top of the cream with cling film. This will prevent the cream to darken. Put in the fridge till it is cold. I usually do it the evening before I need it and leave it in the fridge overnight.
  3. Whip the cream like it was whipped cream and spread on to the Flan. Decorate with fresh Strawberries and enjoy!
  4. Note: I make a big batch of the cream. Feel free to half it or any quantity you need. RATIO: 1 part After Eights and 2 parts Double Cream.
