  1. Boil water in a pan and add spinach to it.
  2. Leave it to blanched for a few minutes.
  3. Drain the excess water out and add pinch of salt and vegetable oil.
  4. Squeeze it and make a roll of golf ball size.
  5. Wrap each spinach ball individually into cling wrap. - Put them in a ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer.
  6. It is ready to take it out to use whenever required.
  7. Note: You can preserve it up to 6 months but keep them frozen.
  8. Enjoy spinach in off seasons too.
