Steps to make Dry Masoor Dal:
  1. Heat wok on medium flame. Add Oil, Ghee, Dry spices and saute for few minutes.
  2. Add onion, ginger, garlic, kalonji and saute it untill raw smell of garlic is gone.
  3. Add tomatoes, green chilli, dry spices, saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add rinsed and drained Masoor Dal, 2-3 tbsp of water and salt. Cook for 7 -10min.
  5. Adjust the seasoning if required. - Add butter, lime juice, cilantro. Serve hot.
