Instructions to make Gravy Manchurian:
  1. For Manchurian Balls:- - In a mixing balls, add all the ingredients, mix well.
  2. In a kadhai, heat oil for deep frying.
  3. Fry manchurian balls till golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove on a kitchen towel. Keep aside.
  5. Gravy:- - Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce and vegetable stock, mix well.
  7. Add spring onion greens and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add cornstarch slurry, mix well and let it come to rolling boil.
  9. Add Manchurian balls, mix well gently and let the gravy thicken.
  10. Gravy manchurian is ready to serve hot with rice or noodles.
